Erin Varnado began her career as an IT Recruiter and held the following titles: Senior Account Manager, Branch Manager, and Director of National Strategic Sales. She spent 17 years in the IT Staffing Industry before moving over to CareerBuilder. At CareerBuilder she represents some of the largest staffing firms within the industry; working to help them achieve their hiring goals through data driven decisions. CareerBuilder has data for over 25 years on client and candidate behavior, Erin analyzes this data to assist companies in how best to recruit for top talent. She is also responsible for understanding and distributing the Bureau of Labor Statistics Monthly Jobs Report and how that relates to her clients.
Erin has spent majority of her career working within the Orange County market.
